Chapter 6: Clause Library
A Clause Library lets you create and view and edit various clauses (standard, alternate, and incompatible) that can be used while editing the contract language.
To view the Clause Library:

On the home page, select the Contracts tab.

Select the Clause tab.
The list of Clauses is displayed. You can search for a Clause using the Search bar.
6.1 Create Clause
To create a new Clause:

On the home page, click Create Clause.

The Create Clause page is displayed.

Enter the details in Basic Details and Scope sections and click Save.

The created Clause is displayed in the list of Clauses.
6.1.1 Basic Details
The Basic Details section allows you to add the basic details required to create a clause.

Clause Name: Enter the name of the clause.

Clause Number: A unique number assigned to the clause.

Clause Type: Select the Clause Type from the available options.

Description: Enter a brief description of the clause.

Stakeholders: Select the stakeholders for the clause.

Language: Select the Language type for the clause.

Contract Type: Select the Contract Type from the available options.

Risk Score Field: Select the risk score field.
6.1.2 Scope
The Scope section allows you to add the scope details required to create a clause.

Category(is): Select the Categories for the Clause.

Organization Entity: Select the Organization Entity

Regions: Select the Region.
